Mit der Markteinf\u00fchrung des Milchsystems \u201eWMF MultiMilk\u201c macht WMF Professional Coffee Machines es noch einfacher, eine Vielzahl an veganen Kaffeedrinks auf Knopfdruck anzubieten. Ab sofort sind Gastronomen in der Lage, bis zu f\u00fcnf verschiedene Milchangebote und pflanzenbasierte Drinks mit der Spezialit\u00e4tenmaschine WMF 5000 S+ sortenrein zu dosieren \u2013 vollautomatisch und mit feinster Schaumgarantie. W\u00e4hrend das integrierte Milchsystem des Vollautomaten eine festgelegte Sorte verarbeitet, werden die Pflanzendrinks \u00fcber ein Lanzensystem direkt aus der Verpackung in die Maschine geleitet. Der Auswahl an Milch- und Drink-Beigaben sind dabei keine Grenzen gesetzt. Das Software-Ged\u00e4chtnis der WMF 5000 S+ speichert f\u00fcr jedes Kaffeeprodukt die individuelle Milch- bzw. Drink-Dosierung sowie die Einstellwerte f\u00fcr den perfekten Schaum. WMF MultiMilk: flexibel, einfach und nachhaltig<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das neue System WMF MultiMilk f\u00fcr den Vollautomaten WMF 5000 S+ geht nun den n\u00e4chsten Schritt. Es verschafft WMF Kunden v\u00f6llige Freiheit in der flexiblen wie nachhaltigen Verarbeitung pflanzenbasierter Drinks. Die Anwendung ist praktikabel und sicher zugleich: Zu Beginn platziert das Service-Personal die Edelstahl-Lanzen in den Verpackungen von bis zu vier verschiedenen Drink- oder Milch-Sorten, welche dann in einem beigestellten K\u00fchler auf ihren Einsatz warten. \u201eWir haben bewusst darauf verzichtet, die Produkte in einen externen Beh\u00e4lter umzusch\u00fctten. Der Verbleib im \u201aTetra Pak\u2018 spart nicht nur einen Arbeitsgang, sondern sch\u00fctzt das Produkt vor unerw\u00fcnschter Sauerstoffzufuhr. Somit bleiben die Rohstoffe l\u00e4nger haltbar und Lebensmittelverschwendung wird gezielt vermieden\u201c, so Thomas Ege, Head of Product Management, WMF Professional Coffee Machines. Neben den vier Milchalternativen l\u00e4sst sich als f\u00fcnfte Wahlm\u00f6glichkeit nat\u00fcrlich die Milch- bzw. Drink-Sorte nutzen, welche \u00fcber den angeschlossenen Milchk\u00fchler des Vollautomaten verarbeitet wird. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hat sich der Kunde f\u00fcr sein Lieblingsgetr\u00e4nk entschieden, schlie\u00dft der Anwender die entsprechende Lanze an den daf\u00fcr vorgesehenen Milchschlauch an und w\u00e4hlt das entsprechende Getr\u00e4nkesymbol im Display der Maschine. Die Rezeptverwaltung der WMF 5000 S+ wei\u00df daraufhin ganz genau, auf welche Weise das Milch- bzw. Drink-Beigabe zu dosieren und zu sch\u00e4umen ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hygienisch und sicher<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der hygienische Umgang mit den eingesetzten Milch- und Drink-Produkten hat bei WMF MultiMilk oberste Priorit\u00e4t. Deshalb sp\u00fclt das automatische Reinigungssystem \u201eWMF AutoClean\u201c den Mischer nach jedem Milchwechsel intensiv durch und entfernt alle R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde. Zur Reinigung des zuf\u00fchrenden Milchschlauchs der Lanzen st\u00f6pselt der Anwender die verwendete Lanze ab und setzt den Schlauch auf einen passenden Adapter an der Maschine. Nun startet die Reinigung auch hier von allein. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
