Oliver Kastalio

Oliver Kastalio holds a degree in electrical engineering and business administration. He gained many years of management experience in the international brand and consumer goods industry for the premium and luxury segment. In January 2020, he took over as CEO of WMF, after which he was also appointed to the Board of Groupe SEB in April 2020.  With his premium strategy, he is sharpening WMF’s profile and steering it towards the future.

Bernd Stoeppel

Bernd Stoeppel completed his bachelor’s degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Santa Clara (California, USA). In 1988, he returned to Germany and has been leading the Finance, Controlling, Legal and IT departments at WMF since 2014. As Chief Financial Officer, he drives forward the internationalization of WMF.

Dr. Stefanie Leiterholt

Dr. Stefanie Leiterholt graduated in manufactoring technology from RWTH Aachen University and metal engineering from Otto-von-Guericke University. This was followed by her doctorate in didactics at the Gerhard Mercator University in Duisburg. She then worked in leading HR positions at international technology companies for many years before moving to WMF in 2021. She is responsible for Human Resources and sees herself as a designer and driver of transformations.

Kilian Manninger

Kilian Manninger studied business management with a specialism in marketing and brand psychology at LMU Munich and graduated with a business administration degree. He had already held management positions for many years before joining WMF in 2020. Today, as a proven expert, he is responsible for the positioning, management and development of the consumer brands in the premium segment.

Martin Zouhar

Martin Zouhar graduated with an MBA in Business Management and Marketing from Mendel University in Brno (Czech Republic). He joined the parent company Groupe SEB in 2000 and has held various roles including Executive Vice President with responsibility for Groupe SEB’s markets in North and Central America. As a member of the WMF Executive Leadership Team and the Executive Board of Groupe SEB (ComEx), Martin Zouhar heads WMF’s global coffee machine and hotel business. He is therefore responsible for the WMF, Schaerer, Curtis and HEPP brands in the Professional business.
