Das geht aus einer Umfrage des Marktforschungsunternehmens YouGov im Auftrag von WMF, einem f\u00fchrenden Premiumanbieter f\u00fcr Haushaltsprodukte, hervor. Demnach kocht die Mehrheit mindestens drei- bis viermal pro Woche selbst frisch und l\u00e4dt zu ausgew\u00e4hlten Anl\u00e4ssen gerne zum Essen in Gemeinschaft ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eUnsere repr\u00e4sentative Umfrage zeichnet ein interessantes Bild von der Tischkultur in Deutschland\u201c, sagt Oliver Kastalio, CEO von WMF. \u201eJede*r Zweite l\u00e4dt etwa alle zwei bis drei Monate Freunde, Familie und Verwandte beispielsweise zum Grillen, aber auch zu anderen Arten des Schlemmens ein. F\u00fcr viele geh\u00f6rt das gemeinsame Kochen und Essen in den eigenen vier W\u00e4nden zu den ganz besonderen Anl\u00e4ssen. Entsprechend wird auf frische Zutaten, schmackhafte Gerichte, eine entspannte Atmosph\u00e4re und die passende Tischdekoration geachtet. Auch sind die Befragten in der Regel bereit, mehr Geld und Zeit zu investieren. Und rund jede*r Dritte geht davon aus, dass Essen in Gemeinschaft nach Corona in Zukunft wieder h\u00e4ufiger stattfinden.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selbst frisch zu kochen steht hoch im Kurs \u2013 w\u00e4hrend Corona kamen jedoch weniger Menschen zusammen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Deutschen m\u00f6gen es, selbst zu kochen: Rund drei Viertel der Befragten (73 Prozent) kochen mindestens drei- bis viermal Mal pro Woche selbst frisch, 17 Prozent tun dies t\u00e4glich. Im Alltag wird am h\u00e4ufigsten gemeinsam mit dem\/der Partner*in gekocht (33 Prozent), gefolgt von der Familie (22 Prozent). Demgegen\u00fcber wird eher selten zusammen mit Freund*innen gekocht (7 Prozent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entgegen der Erwartung hat sich die H\u00e4ufigkeit gemeinschaftlicher Essen zu Hause w\u00e4hrend der Corona-Zeit verringert. Obwohl die Restaurants als Treffpunkt \u00fcber lange Zeit weggefallen sind, geben \u00fcber die H\u00e4lfte der Befragten an, sich seltener zu solchen Anl\u00e4ssen in den eigenen vier W\u00e4nden getroffen zu haben (56 Prozent). Dies k\u00f6nnte darauf zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren sein, dass Treffen im gr\u00f6\u00dferen Kreis aufgrund der Corona-Beschr\u00e4nkungen nicht erlaubt waren, finden doch die meisten gemeinschaftlichen Essen in Gruppen von f\u00fcnf bis zehn Personen statt (48 Prozent). Doch die Aussichten stehen gut: Knapp jede*r Dritte (29 Prozent) geht davon aus, dass Essen in Gemeinschaft in Zukunft wieder h\u00e4ufiger werden. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Geschmack und frische Zutaten sind wichtig \u2013 Kalorien werden eher weniger gez\u00e4hlt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich legen die Deutschen gro\u00dfen Wert auf Kochen mit frischen Zutaten: Neun von zehn erachten frische Zutaten als wichtig. Dabei steht der Geschmack bei der heimischen K\u00fcche an erster Stelle: 94 Prozent geben an, dass ihnen der Geschmack wichtig ist, w\u00e4hrend Kalorien nur f\u00fcr weniger als die H\u00e4lfte (41 Prozent) eine bedeutende Rolle spielen. Auff\u00e4llig ist, dass mit 45 Prozent deutlich mehr Frauen als M\u00e4nner (36 Prozent) der Meinung sind, dass Kalorien ein wichtiger Aspekt beim Kochen sind. Beim Kochen in den eigenen vier W\u00e4nden wird au\u00dferdem darauf geachtet, dass das Gericht einer ausgewogenen Ern\u00e4hrung (78 Prozent) entspricht und die Lebensmittel regional (72 Prozent) und saisonal (71 Prozent) sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die deutsche K\u00fcche mit Abstand am beliebtesten \u2013 und in Gemeinschaft wird am liebsten gegrillt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der absolute Lieblings-K\u00fcchenstil ist mit 69 Prozent die deutsche K\u00fcche. Ebenfalls gerne gegessen wird italienisch (61 Prozent), asiatisch (38 Prozent) und griechisch (33 Prozent). Die vegetarische (16 Prozent) und vegane (6 Prozent) K\u00fcche bevorzugen vergleichsweise wenige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit 81 Prozent geh\u00f6rt Grillen zu den bekanntesten \u201egemeinsamen Gen\u00fcssen\u201c, gefolgt von Raclette (79 Prozent), Fondue (75 Prozent), Tischgrill (60 Prozent) und dem Kochen eines Mehr-G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fcs (49 Prozent). Demgegen\u00fcber sind \u201eexotischere\u201c M\u00f6glichkeiten wie Pizza Raclette (27 Prozent) oder Hot Pot (17 Prozent) weniger bekannt. Zum Grillen laden rund ein Viertel der Befragten (24 Prozent) durchschnittlich mindestens einmal im Monat ein, und \u00fcber die H\u00e4lfte richtet mindestens alle drei Monate ein entsprechendes Essen aus. Demgegen\u00fcber bleibt es bei Raclette oder Fondue h\u00e4ufiger bei nur einer Einladung pro Jahr \u2013 meist traditionell im Winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Am h\u00e4ufigsten treffen sich die Leute zum gemeinsamen Essen am Wochenende und an Feiertagen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr viele Menschen ist Essen in Gemeinschaft ein Anlass, sich bewusst Zeit zum Kochen und f\u00fcr seine Mitmenschen zu nehmen. 69 Prozent geben an, sich beim gemeinsamen Essen besonders viel Zeit zu lassen. Daher l\u00e4dt der Gro\u00dfteil am Wochenende (65 Prozent) oder an den Feiertagen (36 Prozent) ein; unter der Woche tun dies nur 7 Prozent der Befragten. Am h\u00e4ufigsten finden solche Essen zu Geburtstagen (66 Prozent) statt, aber es wird sich auch h\u00e4ufig ohne speziellen Anlass getroffen (55 Prozent). Die pr\u00e4ferierte Jahreszeit h\u00e4ngt von der Art des Essens ab. Naturgem\u00e4\u00df finden gemeinsame Grill-Abende vor allem im Sommer (82 Prozent) statt, wohingegen zu Mehr-G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fcs 59 Prozent der Befragten zu jeder Jahreszeit einladen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ein sch\u00f6n gedeckter Tisch oder eine eingedeckte Tafel geh\u00f6rt bei einem gemeinsamen Essen f\u00fcr viele dazu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drei Viertel der Befragten (74 Prozent) ist ein sch\u00f6n gedeckter Tisch wichtig oder sehr wichtig. Unter den Frauen legen sogar 79 Prozent gro\u00dfen Wert darauf \u2013 10 Prozent mehr als bei den M\u00e4nnern. Dennoch bevorzugen die Deutschen beim gemeinsamen Genuss eine lockere Atmosph\u00e4re, beispielsweise beim Grillen (95 Prozent). Lediglich etwa beim Kochen eines Mehr-G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fcs darf es f\u00fcr die H\u00e4lfte der Befragten auch festlicher sein. Als wichtigstes Accessoire geh\u00f6ren Servietten auf den Tisch (57 Prozent), gefolgt von Wassergl\u00e4sern (44 Prozent), Tischdecken (43 Prozent), Weingl\u00e4sern (37 Prozent) und Kerzen (37 Prozent). Einige m\u00f6gen au\u00dferdem Blumen (30 Prozent), gefolgt von hochwertigem Geschirr (26 Prozent) und Besteck (23 Prozent) sowie hochwertigen Elektroger\u00e4ten (15 Prozent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methodik<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Die verwendeten Daten beruhen auf einer Online-Umfrage der YouGov Deutschland GmbH, an der 1569 Personen zwischen dem 14. und 16. Februar 2022 teilnahmen.
