Woks and braising pans impress with their cool look and excellent heat retention<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At WMF Professional, new players take the stage at the buffet: The FUSIONTEC MINERAL cookware series sets stylish accents at the hot buffet with five mineral-inspired colours and shimmering metallic surfaces, perfectly complementing the food presentation in combination with chafing dishes and bowls. But woks and braising pans have much more to offer than a beautiful look. The material consists of a special composition of more than 20 minerals and keeps food warm for an exceptionally long time. It is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, and the high-quality glass lids allow an unobstructed view of the dishes on offer. For use at the buffet, WMF Professional offers a matching pot insert made of white porcelain. Two practical lid holders complete the portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the colours Macadamia, Rose Quartz, Dark Brass, Platinum and Black with a subtle metallic effect, the FUSIONTEC MINERAL braising pans bring visual diversity to the buffet. They are available in the sizes of 20, 24 and 28 centimetres. The woks have a diameter of 32 and 36 centimetres and are available in the colour Platinum. FUSIONTEC is extremely robust and resistant to scratch and abrasion. Thanks to the non-porous, closed surface, the braising pans and woks are easy to clean, dishwasher-safe and especially durable. Heat-reducing hollow handles made of stainless steel on the lid and pan, and a wide pouring rim for drip-free pouring of liquids increase comfort and make them easier to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
