At the 2019 HOST, Schaerer presents the new Schaerer Coffee Soul to the international hotel and restaurant scene for the first time. With a new conceptual approach, it unites unique design with nearly limitless configuration freedom. Thanks to the well-thought-out “Select” principle, it is even easier for customers to precisely assemble the fully-automatic coffee machine to fit their business model. With the preview of the two design variants Schaerer Coffee Soul 10 and Schaerer Coffee Soul 12 in Milan, Schaerer will give an impressive show of what the motto “We love it your way” stands for and what this self-image means for the customer as well as the advancement of the machine portfolio.
Brilliant user interface
Above all, the brilliant user interface of the Schaerer Coffee Soul is a real eye-catcher. Whether in a 10-inch version for the Coffee Soul 10 or the very generously-dimensioned 12-inch version available in the Coffee Soul 12 design variant: The user interface is a completely new design and the display of beverages and processes is oriented on the three most common operating situations. For self-service areas for guests or the so-called frequent user mode (for example in the office), combination with the convenient 12-inch screen variant is perfect. For machines operated by staff who stand behind a counter, the operated staff mode setting and the 10-inch screen are a great combination. The various configuration variants take into account the specific requirements of the respective area of application and improve the user experience. The 12-inch variant can also play videos and can be used for advertising purposes and much more.
Customised for your business model
With or without “Best Foam”? “Hot & Cold” technology for cold coffee specialities? Number of bean hoppers? Automatic outlet? The new Schaerer Coffee Soul
is designed so that the customer can use the “Select” principle to decide which equipment it will have. Regardless of the technical configuration, the customer can also select between two design variants: Variant one features a 10-inch screen as well as red design elements and is ideally suited for example in the serviced behind-the-counter area of restaurants or hotels. The second design package stands out thanks to its high-quality materials, stainless steel and decorative copper
elements as well as the large 12-inch screen. This makes it the ideal selection for operators who place the highest demands on the design of their coffee machines and set them up visibly and for self-service by the customer, for example in petrol stations, convenience stores or in the office. Other colouring options and branding are also possible if requested by the customer. For customers, this means that the different options for technical performance and optical selections can be combined independently of each other. So the customers receive and pay for exactly what they need in their specific businesses.
