Our 150 stores in Germany, Austria and Switzerland are therefore in prime retail locations and offer customers a unique shopping experience. For example, there is a test kitchen in every store where customers can see for themselves the quality of our premium products such as frying pans, pots, and knives.

Your start at WMF

Our entry-level opportunities are varied: In store management, we are looking for people with commercial training or established professional experience in retail. You will manage the store, assist with sales advice, and take responsibility for up to 20 employees. Our sales assistants also take on a wide range of important roles within our stores – from the attractive presentation of goods to contact with customers and working on the checkout.
In addition, we regularly look for temporary staff to provide us with active support for a certain period of time, for example at peak times during the Christmas period or for stocktaking. In many stores, there are also opportunities for marginal employment on a long-term basis – please contact us directly at your preferred store. What’s more: Retail training is not an absolute must. Those looking for a career change are also welcome to apply to us.

1. Online application

Applications to WMF can be conveniently submitted online. You will receive a confirmation of receipt following the digital submission of your documents. Within a maximum of two weeks, we will complete the review of all application documents and provide you with feedback.

2. Personal interview

If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you to an interview on site or by telephone. On-site interviews usually take place in the store to which you have applied.

3. Possible second interview or trial period

In order to get to know you even better or if a position requires a more intensive application process, we may invite you to a second interview or to a trial period.

4. Notification

We know all too well: Waiting for an acceptance or rejection letter is the most agonizing part of applying for a job. We will therefore inform you about our decision promptly. If it does not work out this time, please do keep an eye on our vacancies.
