Become part of the team
Competence and expertise are important. However, it is at least as important to us that applicants are an optimal fit for our team. That is why we take the time to carefully review each application.
1. Online application
You can conveniently submit your application to WMF online. You will receive a confirmation of receipt following the digital submission of your documents. It now takes up to four weeks for us to review all the entries and give you feedback.
2. Personal interview
If your application catches our eye, we will invite you to an interview on site or by telephone. One contact from the personnel department and one from the corresponding specialist department will take part in the interview.
3. Possible second interview
To get to know you even better or if the position you are applying for requires a more intensive application process, we may invite you to a second interview.
