The fine design of the WMF Perfection 800 L series immediately catches the eye. The fully automatic coffee maker impresses with its high-quality WMF design in Cromargan with anti-fingerprint, which is perfectly set off by a modern illumination by the LED Ambient Light. The WMF Perfection 800 L series from the WMF Design Studio was honored with the “Red Dot Design Award 2022”.
In addition to the WMF Perfection 800 L series, the cutlery series “WMF Art Deco” and “Trilogie” from HEPP as well as the coffee cup series “WMF Barista” received the Red Dot Design Award.
The WMF Sentic cutlery series combines aesthetics, functionality and the highest quality into a harmonious whole. Thanks to its special, diamond-shaped surface structure, it provides great accents. The extraordinary design was awarded the coveted “Red Dot Desgin Award 2022”.
In 2020, the “KINEO” cutlery set from the WMF Design Studio was awarded the coveted “Red Dot: Best of the Best 2020” Award.
In 2019, the LUMERO espresso machine, designed at Design Zentrum NRW by Ernst Köhler, won the Red Dot Award “Winner 2019”.
The WMF Ultimate Black received the iF Design Award in the category “Tableware/Cookware”. The jury was not only impressed by the innovative coating of the blade, which ensures unique sharpness, but also by the unmistakable aesthetics of the striking black blade in combination with the steel handle.
A gold winner in the “Excellent Product Design Gardening and Outdoor Living” category is the WMF Urban Master Grill Profi Plus, which offers a diverse grilling experience even in a confined space. The jury praised the cleverly thought-out, multifunctional design concept. In addition, the grill convinces with its intuitive usability as well as in terms of aesthetics down to the last detail with its clear, high-quality design language.
In addition to the WMF Urban Master Grill Profi Plus, the coveted WMF Iconic and WMF Ultimate Black design awards were also won.
The “WMF Quadro” buffet equipment from the Professional Hotel Equipment business impressed the jury of the German Design Awards 2019 through its high aesthetics, maximum adaptability and the successful upward extension of usable space.
At this year’s ceremony of the Best Brands Awards 2022, the WMF brand finished in eighth place in the prestigious category “Best Brands Overall”, and for the seventh time in a row was classed among the top ten best product brands in the German brand ranking. The ranking, which is measured against actual economic market success and brand perception by consumers, is based on a study by the German Consumer Research Association (GfK) whereby it is the consumers alone who decide and not a jury.
