Birkenfeld – More flexibility in food distribution – HEPP HOSPITALA achieves this with another addition to the product range. The new base part of the proven “Variomet Wax” heat retention system has a diameter of 24 centimetres and is therefore suitable for porcelain plates of the same size as well as soup bowls with a diameter of 17.8 centimetres. Designed for food distribution using the cook & serve method, it keeps meals at the appropriate temperature for up to 120 minutes. 

Birkenfeld – HEPP HOSPITALA is expanding its product range for professional food distribution with a new, slosh-proof soup bowl set. The new products with a capacity of 0.35 litres are designed to go with porcelain dishes, and are the smaller counterpart to the well-established set with a capacity of 0.43 litres. They make it possible to serve soup, mashed food, sauces or side dishes and hot desserts in even more individualised portions while still keeping them warm.
