Perform, Advance or Supreme: WMF Professional creates worlds of inspiration for the perfectly laid table at the HOST trade fair in Milan. Divided into three performance levels, restaurateurs and hoteliers can always find the equipment that best meets their requirements and budget. The Perform category promises classics for everyday use, and fits both large and small budgets. Advance, on the other hand, offers a wide range of high-quality cutlery collections, as well as exceptional signature items and porcelain decorations that add an impressive touch to any table. Supreme offers quality for the highest requirements. The products in this category meet the highest standards of even the most demanding of establishments. WMF Professional – The Expert of Table Culture – shows at a glance in the three performance levels how all products can always be combined harmoniously. WMF Professional also presents exciting new products. The porcelain series "WMF BALANCE" is a long-term companion for the laid table, not just because of its clean design but also because of its functionality. With "WMF AVA", the premium supplier offers a porcelain collection made of the finest bone china in its portfolio for the first time, which lends a timeless elegance to any high-end table arrangement. Thanks to its clear design and refined details, the "WMF SHADES" cutlery is an ideal complement to the laid table in the fine dining segment. The chafing dishes and racks in a striking black color, which were presented at the Internorga trade fair in Hamburg, round off the presentation of WMF products in Milan.
WMF Balance
When it comes to porcelain restaurateurs don’t just attach great importance to aesthetics, but plates, bowls, cups & all other porcelain products in the collections also need to be combinable and robust and offer easy handling. The new "WMF BALANCE" porcelain collection from WMF Professional meets all these requirements in every respect. The basic range comprises 27 items in an elegant, straight-forward design, and in combination with the signature items opens up limitless scope for creativity in how you present food. The best example of this are the signature plates: an incorporated recess in the generously-sized plates makes it possible to arrange bowls or cups to perfection. This either means that different elements of a sophisticated dish can be impressively presented, or coffee and cake can be served with only two pieces of porcelain without an extra saucer. This not only makes handling easier, but also saves space when arranging and storing. The wide range of possible applications gives restaurateurs maximum flexibility in their day-to-day business with just a few items, which makes things easier from a business management aspect. Last but not least, "WMF BALANCE" fits just right on any table and shows off your table setting to perfection, especially when used in combination with the many "WMF STYLE LIGHTS" products.
WMF AVA
Lightness in an almost translucent beauty: WMF AVA is made of bone china – one of the finest porcelains. Its extraordinary brilliance and pleasant feel make WMF AVA a real eye-catcher, which enhances any sophisticated fine dining ambiance. The collection includes a total of 29 pieces, meaning there are no limits to your creativity when it comes to putting together impressive table arrangements. For example, AVA offers classic coupe plates in seven different sizes, as well as sleek rimmed plates that set the perfect stage for creative food presentations. Plates and modern bowls complete the portfolio, as well as five attractive cup sizes. The high-quality material brings out elegant table decorations in a stylish way, especially in a fine dining environment. At the same time "WMF AVA" meets the highest demands of the food service industry, and not only thanks to its wide range of products. Despite the gracefulness that characterizes the bone china porcelain, it boasts high edge impact resistance as well as being dishwasher safe and therefore extremely durable.
WMF SHADES
The design of the new "WMF SHADES" cutlery collection combines harmony and sophistication in a way which looks particularly elegant. The silhouette ends with a dynamic phase at the end of the handle, as the shape tapers towards the bowl and widens again at the base of the handle. The diagonal prong area of the fork catches the eye, as does the unusual shape of the blade and spoon. The spoon also surprises with its visually appealing curved transition into the handle. This gives it a more geometric appearance, and the striking design makes it an impressive eye-catcher. With 24 pieces – from table cutlery to oyster forks and steak knives – the collection offers everything that restaurateurs need for a stylish table setting. Thanks to their high-quality workmanship and material thickness, all cutlery pieces are perfectly balanced and highly comfortable to hold. Two variants are available for menu, appetizer, bread/butter and steak knives: both are available as monobloc or as a hollow handle with inserted blade. All cutlery items in the collection – with the exception of the knives – are made of Cromargan, which is a registered trademark for top-quality material and workmanship.
