Geislingen/Steige – WMF GmbH, a leading premium supplier of household products, professional coffee machines and hotel equipment, has launched a new corporate website. In a simple and clear design, the new website offers comprehensive and user-friendly information about the company and its brands. The new website was realized in cooperation with the advertising agency Panama from Stuttgart and the agency I.tx from Freiburg, which is responsible for the technical implementation.
"Our new website, as our central news hub, reflects WMF's evolution - from a traditional company to an innovation company," says Corinna Lägeler, Head of Corporate Communications at WMF. "With the new website, we are focusing on our premium brands and letting them speak for themselves; the design is correspondingly reduced and image-rich. From now on, interested parties can obtain comprehensive information about our company and dive deep into the world of WMF." After all, the world of WMF is multifaceted: with its premium brands, the company stands for outstanding product quality as well as expertise in design and innovation. At www.aboutwmf.com, WMF now provides transparent insights into this world and focuses on the people behind the brands. In addition, the affiliation with the French Groupe SEB is made clear in many places - for example, with the reference to international development prospects in the career area.
In addition to information on the company, its brands, history and management, there is a new dedicated "Stories" section. Here, interested parties will find articles on topics such as innovation, design or production. "One particular concern was to introduce the employees behind the products, for example with stories in the blog area or portraits of the employees on the careers page," says Lägeler. The new "Responsibility" section also provides transparent information about the company's sustainability activities.
A newly designed newsroom with bundled information on all WMF GmbH brands is also available for media representatives. It offers an overview of the news and a media library with download function.
